ZJ70/4500L Drilling rig

  ZJ70L Drilling rig adopts 4 sets diesel engine and double pump, hydraulic torque converter chain of 4 sets diesel engine is compounded to drive, the compound box chain is one-piece construction and drawworks is in low position. Rotary table and high-order cathead drive of drawworks adopt oblique to put the case cardan shaft climbing of right angle. The pattern of the rig and basic parameter is accordance with the request of industry; the main parts are accordance with API. Drawworks adopts grooved-drum with the rope arranging device and equipped with over-rolled valve, belt-brake or hydraulic disc brake. Auxiliary brake adopts air-cooled electromagnetic vortex brake.

  Transmission case of rotary table and cathead are divided. They are linked through universal shaft. It is equipped with rotary table clutch and rotary table inertia brake. Mast is face open type, installed in low position and whole-raised. Substructure is pieces-installed. The drilling floor is 7.5m high. Rotary clearance is 6.3m. Adopting the mechanized tools for well head, which lighten workers labour intensity. The drilling floor is wide and safe. Pre-leave the installation position for cathead, the mechanical cathead can be used when it is needed.
