Detailed Product Description

Power system consists of CAT3512 (3 sets) and CAT3406 (2sets) diesel generators, is driven by AC-SCR-DC. Direct current speed-adjustment system realizes all digital control. Operate and monitor system uses the technology of buses. It has the AC power interface for the top drive.

Substructure adopts swing up structure. The mast is installed in low position and whole raised. The drilling floor is 7.5m high and equipped with the mechanization tools for wellhead, guide rail and explosion-proof electric hoist to hoist well-control equipment under the drilling floor.

The rig adopts numeric control in main function, which realizes drilling steadily, gets the best ROP, reducing the wearing and tearing of the bit, maximum improves well drilling efficiency and reducing the accident in bottomhole.

Drawworks adopts four-shift stepless speed regulation. Main brake adopts the hydraulic disc brake. auxiliary brake adopts the water-cooled electromagnetic vortex brake. Integrated structure make it convenient to move, transport and install.

Solids-control system adopts DERRICK shale shaker, degasser and integrated cleaner. Mud tank skid-mounted. The pipelines to connect tanks adopt new-type quick-change sealed structure. It is convenient to move and transport. The suction of mud pump and the weighting system are controlled by the top valve, it is reliable to seal, and simple to operate. Total effective volume is 280m3.

Electric system host rooms arrange closely. Whole or two optional can run together. The rotary table has function of positive and reverse rotation. The torque can be regulated wantonly from 0 to 100%. Through the on-the-spot bus technology, generating electricity, drive, driller, etc. It can realizes high-speed communication. SCR room is the integral house structure.

Each pump is driven by two DC electric motors, adopts narrow V-belt. It has the advantages of flexible drive, high efficiency, integrated design, convenient transportation.
