   ZJ70/4500D Drilling rig can meet drilling technological requirement in the oil field. It can work reliably in succession under the condition of 3550, relative humidity ≤85(the temperature is 20) and altitude is 3000m. Its power gets fro the different diesel engine and is equipped with AC generator and controlled silica rectifier. The drive type is AC-SCR-DC and has fully considered the explosion-proof. SCR room meets the requirement of rig working condition in oil field, it has the function of fire prevention, sand prevention, antihunt, water proof and thermal insulation etc. Two air conditioners are installed in the room, indoor temperature can be kept within 1825.

   The electrical transmission system of the drilling rig adopts numerical control, furnished with PLC logical program control, touch screen, electrical Notebook computer, and special software, can realize on-line test. The system has the functions of failure testing, self-protection, and the display of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The independent drive device of rotary table adopts the DC electric motor, 2-shift gear box, which realize the methods of adopting permanent torque in a low speed district and equal power in a high speed district, which makes full use of the power. The drum on the hoist is designed with Lebus groove, which is suitable to arrange rope and lengthen the service life of the wire line and improve drive efficiency. Main brake adopts ones that prevail in word, advanced performance disc brake; auxiliary brake adopts EATON 336WCB2 air-controlled, water-cooled disc brake with energy consumption brake.
