Two types of structures can be provided either box on box or self elevating type
The box on box structure is suitable for mechanical rigs.
The front of it is higher, meeting the requirements for installing standard B.O.P. The rear of it is lower, suitable for installing heavy main drawworks and transmission groups.
The self elevating structure is suitable for electric rigs. The mast and equipment on the drill floor can be installed at ground level. The mast is first raised when the floor is in the low position. Then the floor and mast are raised together.
The floor is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders, which serve the function of snubber which raising the floor and push-back while lowering the floor.
The substructures conform to API Spec.4F, and API monogram can be used.
